cilantro-and-wild-rice-saladHere is a wonderful, fast, easy, delicious, nutritious, beautiful and hardy rice salad. Serve with pasta, grilled vegetables or potatoes. Make sure to bring this salad to your next gathering. It’s so pretty!

3 cups cooked brown rice
1 cup cooked wild rice
1 can rinsed black beans
1 cup thawed frozen peas
1 cup thawed frozen corn
½ cup green onions
½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
¼ tsp pink Himalayan salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Really, you can eat this salad warm or cold. I’ve done it both ways. If you are cooking your rice at the time you make the salad, it’s easier to eat it warm so you don’t have to cool the rice. Grab a bowl, add all ingredients on the list, stir and eat. Easy peasy!

My goal is to teach others a way to eat in which they can prevent and even reverse all modern disease. I especially hope moms will change what they feed their kids to prevent future pain and suffering. It's so simple. Let's do this!
